Here at Structure Wise, we have been designing and manufacturing buildings specifically to our customers’ needs for over 15 years.

What differentiates us from our competitors is our custom design and build. Our team of licensed builders, engineers, and designers, can design and build your structure from scratch, no structure is too big, or too difficult.

Phil has a over 20 years experience in construction and his expansive rural background means he is well equipped to help clients, both rural and other, with their building needs.

“My background in farming, including dairy, sheep and beef, cropping, and equestrian (and construction) give me a fairly good understanding of what my customers require.”

Phil and his wife Kate didn’t set out to start a design and build company. Phil worked as a rural contractor for five years then eventually branched out on his own, after he saw the need for good shed structures; Structure Wise gradually developed through his customers’ requirements.

At Structure Wise we mainly cover the Canterbury region but we also design and send kit sets to customers nationwide.

Having said that, we have completed projects in Southland and as far North as Auckland.
